if we get all teams we will start the cup before closing date for registration ?

Nope. Its not possible to start earlier as most teams will still be in their national cups.

maybe you can do this at every 2-3 season, if nobody will help to organise it. If you have any help will be great to do it in every season.

Having someone to assist wouldnt really help because there isn't much they could do. I'd be more likely to run a continental cup than do this again but i'll see how i feel when this is finished. It's all be fairly easy so far and the only difficult bit will be getting the draw done quickly.

I think the biggest problem will be proposing-accepting of matches, but hopefully it will be only in a few isolated cases ;)

Yeah i expect there will be some problems with that, which is why i'll be allowing some teams to enter for the 2nd round.

Different countries have different names of divisions, that is why I need to ask.

i propose that if a team is not respondin to the challenge will be walk over and the other team should go to the next round. Is not make sense to punish the team that would accepted the game and eliminate it because of the other team fault.
