Depends on how old the player was, when the screenshot was taken. Such a change is actually possible. Note that it's not the junior talent :P

Yes, definately possible (I had one with 20 years popping in 2 weeks to adequate pace - so I personally would say this is definately not a fake). But it is good talent.

those horizontal lines are a bit strange, but, as far as I know the manager (he's romanian), he wouldn't fake the screen...

Indeed, but I suppose the manager did start updating, after the junior came to his school. It doesn't explain, why 2 different starting skills are shown, that's why imho it's a fake :P
