There wasnt update for week 330 so 3,5 is correct

No i do not think so. SV knows he missed a week, and SV put the raise on the right week and because of that the program says 3.5.... realy i do not think there is a faking here.

updates on week a: SV gives the proper talent
updates on week b: SV gives a worse talent
updates on week c: SV gives a too good talent *even below 3!

I've 2 weeks to solid pace (18yo) in our german training list, so 2 weeks to very good might be possible too.

i'm pace trainer, and i have some really talented player, but i've never seen such a talent. and my staff isn't bad at all. ;)
but maybe you are right.

I can say that it is definitely possible!
