Yes I could, but I don't no, who is real owner of this banner (sorry).. Your banner is really cool in my skin so, I will use it henceforward.. if you don't like that, i will change it..

the scripts, if you know something about html and css, you can make skins
otherwise, you can try it in notepad

It isn't that difficult to learn, but it 'll take you a lot of time to create your skin and erase it's bugs.
