The question is:

Is it worth to keep the one with high salary?
Does the better skills will give me better junior training?

No!

Maybe a little bit better, but this does not worth 20k/week.

uhm, yes it does.

Magical with 56k salary is about the same as magical with 35k.

in fact, a magical with 40k salary could be a BETTER coach than a magical with a 50K salary (it's not an integer internally, it's an average probably).

Looks like ander would be closer to unearthly coach, geraldo is almost a high brillaint.

So yes, ander would probably be slightly better (it's not an integer).

Note that Ander would be EXACTLY the same as

unearthly of stamina outstanding of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing unearthly of striker

with about 15k higher salary. The one i showed above is probably about the best magical coach from a skill to cost perspective possible.



Of course, to get someone like geraldo can cost hundreds of thousands (my example would be even worse). I'm actually surprised geraldo is magical, probably about the worst magical you can get.

the higher salary does mainly depend on the high gk skill;-)
so not really worth the money imho ...
