Depends on who you're training.

Currently finishing up training defence & pace....& move to technique & passing.

Also looking to up my youth coach from outstanding....so not sure if this guy is best suited to being new youth coach & get a cheaper head coach specialising in tech/pass only....or should I use this guy as head coach....

...or ditch him altogether.

So i'm assuming you're training defenders then? In that case he's fine, providing your trainees have reasonable playmaking already.
He'd be great as a youth coach depending on his wages. I dont know how australian dollars measure up against euros.

not sure on currency conversion....maybe about £26 000 if it's the old £1 = $2.5 au...not sure what the GB£ is to the euro in sokker.

if his wage is OK I might use as main youth coach?

why don't you use the command [money]?
