The server IP is blocked by sokker. I contacted the admin and he contacted the devs.
Now we just have to wait.

I have linked the NTDB to a domain that i will want to keep permanently, so here is the new link:
https://ntdb.bluezero.sk
The old link will still work till the domain expires, but if you have the link saved. Or if it is integrated with some of the tools then you should change it as soon as possible.
