Subject: percentage of training
yes
he said no not 33% but 1/3 - I guess 33% is wrong because 1/3 is 33.333333333333333%
but he didn't answer the question at all
anyway does anyone believe league+NT=133% ?
I thought it might be 100% if league alone=95% or whatever people have guessed

But I have another question. Sorry for disturb you!
He receives this 'extra' if plays ONLY in the NT team??
If he play in my team, and in the NT team, he receive more training than another player that play in my team (both playing the sabe time)

it is same if he played eg. second official match in club (eg. in cup) but influence is 1/3 of it
So, if one player plays a League game (90 min), and a NT match (90 min). He trains low of league game and cup game.

ok let's say for 90 minutes in a league match player get's 85% training
so 90 minutes in a NT game is not 33.333333...% but around 25% or sth like that so 90 minutes in league match +90 minutes in NT equals....100% training, a player cannot get more then 100% training

so approximately:
league or cup = 94%
league and cup = 100%
league and NT = 96%
league and friendly 95%
what is league+cup+NT I wonder

Well for me it is an answer that still does not answer your question. But well..
maybe your "both playing the same time" was confusing for him.
For me it is something like that:
If played alone:
Official match about 90%
Friendly about 80%
NT about 30%
If played more than one match:
Official match + NT = 100%
Friendly match + NT = 95%
Official match and Friendly = 100%
Since training is not linear someone with 45 Minutes in official games alone could get 60% training already but the procentages are not added up lineary. But well, we will never know :D

I agree with you 99.9% :), I just think official match is slightly more and friendly slightly less, but very close
yeah.. say your 60% is right.. then he gets 60% of the remaining training.. anyway its all speculation..
for now i will agree with your figures unless something else comes to light ;)

The answer is very accurate.
The NT match counts the way a cup match counts but 1/3 of it.
So it is normal training.
Additional training if he plays a second match in the week with same order.
Stand-alone training if he doesn't play any other match

yep.. seems like a good interpretation :)
so NT match does gives extra training :)
so NT match does gives extra training :)
It gives extra general training, so it is a very small % towards the individual skill you are training, right?
Nope, not general training.
1/3 of "normal training" = (general + individual training of 90minute league match) / 3
1/3 of "normal training" = (general + individual training of 90minute league match) / 3
Well, you mean when you train stamina in the off-season and he does not play a second match, right?
In this case he gets 1/3 of the usual general training, so about nothing.
If you train pace in the off season, like I usually do, he has 1/3 individual pace training + the general training.
etc..

so he only receives 1/3 of individual training if he playes just a friendly match in a week...that seems a bit too low to me
What do you mean?
Don't mix things up.
If he plays a friendly match he has the 90minutes friendly match time as training.
If he plays a friendly match + a NT match with same order he has the friendly match + 1/3 official match time as training.
If he plays only the NT match he has 1/3 official match time as training.
If he plays the NT match with different order than your clubs match the NT match does not count.
Maybe someone else can explain it with proper English.
I suck today.
