Subject: percentage of training

2009-06-25 17:37:19
What do you mean?

Don't mix things up.
If he plays a friendly match he has the 90minutes friendly match time as training.
If he plays a friendly match + a NT match with same order he has the friendly match + 1/3 official match time as training.
If he plays only the NT match he has 1/3 official match time as training.
If he plays the NT match with different order than your clubs match the NT match does not count.

Maybe someone else can explain it with proper English.
I suck today.

Ok please someone very experienced man answer on this question.I always put my players on two games the most of them. They play 90 minutes on official league game and 90 minutes on friendly.Isnt this better than play only one game official?

training wise it is slightly better yes. however, there is always a risk of injury which might make players playing 2 full games not the optimal strategy but thats just an idea for further research.

as it stands, 2 games training > 1 game training

given training is surely over 50% in one game of the maximum, training double as much players is a better idea than fielding the same lads twice :p

depends how important the player is. i have often had a player who is important to the U21 ireland team play an extra 45 mins or full game.. especially when other trainees are injured etc

if the player plays def in oficial game and wednesday mid, both 90 min,he gats 100% training?
2012-01-19 00:26:39
No, he will get mid training for a friendly match. Only the last match counts if a player played on 2 different positions in 1 week.
2012-01-19 00:31:14
mamma mia ,so what is the best thing to do?buy 4 old def and play the ader 10 in mid ?
2012-01-19 00:39:17
as i know it's 95% from League/Cup games
90% Friendly
50% from NT games

but maximum 100% a player can get :) dont think a player can play a league game and a NT game and he will get more then 100% and he will grow faster :D

somewhere greg wrote

official 90%
friendly 70%
NT 30 %
2012-01-19 00:49:25
he never wrote anything like that ;)
to be honest i think that is very accurate.

NT is not 50% that is confirmed.

cup is official same as league game.

what greg has said is "the difference between friendly and official game is smaller than the difference between playing 2 games in a week (100%) and only playing an official game.

so what you suggest me to do if i trained playmaker with 10 players? thank you..
2012-01-19 00:54:57
play 5 on official matches and 5 on friendlies?
2012-01-19 00:55:40
give them all mid orders, play 5 in league game, then the other 5 in friendly / cup without using the first 5 in any other position ;)
