It is not fair play, but if Denmark wins tournament outside the court, that is. But you can find solutions, we replayed semi Ireland - Spain, and is delayed by a week. I think it's fair play to the teams that entered involuntarily in this situation, because there was nothing-meaning.

A decision must be taken on the ground and not backstage, but you decide.

That would be a good option.. whoever sent the invitation wrong should automatically lose in benefit of at least having a final.

is not right! I had invited the ireland trainer with cup rules. He did not want to accept my invitation to play in his home, and he was wrong not to put the cup rules!!!

not stated in the regulation. must respect the rules, but since it was not stated, I think the best solution would be to replay the game.

And also, in the america's cup took this case and penalized the team that sent the invitation because the recipient can not see or where you are going to play and can not see if the game is in cup or league

I think if we want to finish a tournament, be it friendly, to make the field. I suggest replaying semifinal, and I think you can solve problems with friendlies scheduled course if desired.
