i hope there is one country can join to make it 28 teams.
NT MINI WORLD CUP RULES:
A. No age limitation.
B. Group standings will be according to:
1. points
2. goal difference
3. head to head score
4. goals score
5. who win much
6. drawing between 2 clubs or more.
C. The coach who will send the match invitation first, can decide on the venue (home or away)
D. The opponent should accept the invitation before Wednesday, because invitation will be lost after wednesday maintanace. If the opponent hasn't accepted the invitation by then, the coach has the right to set up a friendly match. If the opponent was still able to accept, the match will be count.
E. If both teams weren't able to fix the match, it will result in a 0-0 draw but without points in the
group stages. In case of the elimination stages, both teams cannot join the next stage and his place replace by another team who did not qualify . Drawing will be use incase there is more than 1 team have chance to replace teams that not qualify to next stage at knock out round.
F. Coaches should send message to the NT MWC organizer (FANAKICK or FREDDY_PAITO) or post in this forum after they have sent the match invitation.
G. When match at NT MWC not arranged, and already pass the deadline time, after posting on NT MWC forum, you can accept another friendly match. And, when that friendly match has been arranged, the team who already inform at forum about this situation will win 5-0 WO.
H. Match invitation who is gone can be send again after wednesday maintanace by any coach, but if still not arranged, country who already inform first count as winner by WO.
But we hope all country can accept again that second invitation.
I. Special for Knock out stage, if the match end draw because the invitation not set with CUP rules/system, then the decicion is: team who has lowerer average rating at that match will announce as the winner and will play next round.
if they have same average rating, then decicion is by drawing use random generator tools.

All countries have made arrangements with other countries, without taking into account the " Christmas break".

well,, i only want to respect christian people who celebrate their big day.
but, if you all want the schedule change for semifinal and final at week 7 and 8, actually i have no problem.
but we must told our opponent countries about this MWC schedule change.
and for togethernes in this tournament,
i delay again the drawing for next 24 hours.
now, i open vote,
vote 1 : if you agree to stay with first schedule. play at week 3,4,5,6, break, 9, and 10.
vote 2: if you agree to change schedule by playing without x'mas and new year break and play at week 3,4,5,6,7, and 8
we have 27 coach here. and the vote will count if coach who gave vote minimal is 50%+1 = 14 coach.
if coach give his vote less then 14 coach, then we stay with first schedule with x'mas break.
and no argue anymore. okay?
add: this vote only count NT coach vote. NT staff vote are not count.

week 6 (1/8 finals)
week 9 (1/4 finals)
week 10 (1/2 finals)
week 11 (final) (max 2 teams wants schedule change)

vote 1. i've arrange my friendlies according to the original schedule
why this voting? Just go ahead with the draw. Only 4 teams will play the semi finals. Let them decide later! It's not so difficult to find an other opponent!
