i agree. besides, there is no difference when to play semi-finals. on the other hand many teams made arrangements keeping in mind the initial holiday gap

When will we get the fixtures? Majority seem to agree that everything stays as it is. Go for the draw.

i can see the most vote is number 1. so, the decicion is we stay with first schedule.
now i will do the drawing. and i will make 8 groups with this formation:

GROUP A contain 4 teams
GROUP B contain 3 teams
GROUP C contain 3 teams
GROUP D contain 4 teams
GROUP E contain 3 teams
GROUP F contain 3 teams
GROUP G contain 3 teams
GROUP H contain 4 teams

in group of 3, there will be 1 teams without partner for friendly match. and this is concern me. and i am sorry for this inconvinient.
i will not arrange extra friendly match for teams in group of 3. the coach are free to arrange their own friendly match at the free schedule time in group of 3 teams.

i will separate teams to 4 pots acording to NT ranks.

POT 1 will fill number 1 in each group.
POT 2 will fill number 2 in each group.
POT 3 will fill number 3 in each group.
POT 4 will fill number 4 in each group that only has 4 teams at the group.

now i will start to sort the data.

why this voting? Just go ahead with the draw. Only 4 teams will play the semi finals. Let them decide later! It's not so difficult to find an other opponent!

for quarter final, then all group winner will go to the quarter final.
and the format is:

week 6: quarterfinal:
match 4 : winner group A vs winner group D
match 5: winner group B vs winner group F
match 6: winner group C vs winner group H
match 7: winner group E vs winner group G

week 9: semifinal:
match 8: winner match 4 vs winner match 6
match 9: winner match 5 vs winner match 7

week 10: final
match 10: winner match 8 vs winner match 9

no match for 3rd and 4th place. both team that lose in semifinal will get bronze medal.
