So Mini World Cup will be exactly the same as "big' WC ?

Week 04- - Mini WC - Group match
Week 05- - Mini WC - Group match
Week 06- - Mini WC - Group match
Week 07- - Mini WC - 1/8 final
Week 08- - Mini WC - 1/4 final
Week 09- - Mini WC - 1/2 final
Week 10- - Mini WC - Final

Would be nice if 16 nations could progress after the group stage. For example if max 32 nations participate, 8 groups of 4 teams, first 2 countries of group progress to 1/8 finals.
