Yes . normal rules . but i guess they didnt fix the bug that if there is a draw the game will go to extra time (bugs are usualy fixed after 3-4 years here...) , so score after 90 minutes will decide.
About home or away , as i wrote in our tourny forum - it dosnt matter , there is no home addvantage in this game , you can set the match to be in the best hour to both sides which is the best option in my eyes..

Kenya ignored or refused my friendly proposal and arranged a match with Ghana.
¿What are we going to do with the goal difference? Its unfair that Uruguay wins only 5-0 when we would make more goals than that. The point is that the best 5 runners up will be decided by goal difference, and Kenya not playing only benefits the teams in the rest of the groups.
BTW, is there any other NT under the same situation that would like to play a frinedly next saturday?
