He brought on Morely (def-mid) for an attacker on the 45th minute. What the hell is he playing at!

don't be so harsh on him. Imho he needs to ask for some help while making the preparation for the match. he can talk about this with langhe,he may guide him, and tell what to do, and what not.
Did you see last weeks attempt. If it wasn't for langhes tactics he used we would of lost. Totally wrong line-up, players out of position, playing a tragic form player. You shouldn't get all these problems if your NT manager. Even i wasn't this bad!

Do not pressure much the coach, better tell him that asking another user for help isn't a sign of being weak, iit's a sig that he wants to improve. so let him contact langhe or any other user that had NT exp and ask for some basic tricks for NT's or even more advanced stuff

its not that i think asking a user is weak, i did and still do....its just that if he cant put players where they should be, he shouldn't be manager.
it isn't that hard: players with mdi skills go to mid position,those with defender skills go to def position and so one :)
and yet he plays a def-mid as an attacker.

it can be a msitake, he accidently chose the wrong palyer, or made mistakes with the conditional orders
we told him in chat 30 odd mins before the game. We told him that he was playing a slightly injured player so he put him in the bench. We told him about Morely but waitt....nothing happened.
I pull sad faces at his tactic :P
