Paraguay was first. They should play in MWC instead USA IMO.

I do not want to sound wrong but if Paraguay and Singapore had both confirmed their participation without any conditions it is not fair for their sokker community to be left out.

I think they should be asked first if they want to participate before including late comers. That is only fair.

Let me know with time if Cuba can play. I had my calendar with MWC, now I see is´t excluded. Cuba play last time without so many troubles
