Now i can see where your frustation is from, but thats very strange that you hate my design?? haha, its the design that have so many votes that yours have. You dont hate my design, you hate it cause people are voting for it. that normal mate ;)

True, it's normal i don't like it (not hate it, i don't hate) because it gets votes, do you see me attacking designs crappier than yours. There is one thing i wouldnt do, I'm not gonna ask someone to vote me or even post thank you notes on polish forum with the hope that i will attract more votes this way.

I am just going to be right here writing what i feel about your design and it's complete lack of professionalism. You can do the same, i don't mind.

And who am I to talk about professionalism, hmm let me see, I am the designer of one of the most used skins in sokker, and it's complete css remade from scratch. not like you do know to make anything like that. :).

And i didnt make full css skin becuase i have my own company and i dont have so much free time. So i didnt have the time, but that dosent mean that i cant do it. I have done more complex site than your css skin for sokker.

If my design was so crappy, i wonder why i have so many votes. U dont attack other design because they dont have so many votes to get you nervous as mine does ;)

ps. I dont think that you know anything about professionalism.

I havent even made a design, it was a sketch, i don't even know how it ended up here, when i sent it to the devs, i have specifically asked them to come with feedback, and i have stated that if the let me modify some details in the html the color implementation will be variable.

I don't care who wins, but if you do I will still be here telling what i think is right :).

relax. the results will be known sooner or later. the gamemasters will do with it whatever they will like to do...
it should not be personal at all. if for example alexut doesn't like the il-a layout and thinks it's unprofesional it's absolutely up to him. everyone have right to say what he or she thinks.
Period.
so relax and wait for the info from gm's...

and if you still don't know what to do with your time than work on those layouts and make them better or even make csses from them it will be better for everyone (including me:) )

To make that one more clear:

You can of course write:
Hmm, I don't like design x y z because of a b c, but you are not allowed to insult the creator of that design by saying things like:
it sucks, he is unprofessional, etc.

Everything that is offensive is not allowed on our forums because it can easily start a flame war (as it just did).

I apologize to ila-a if my statements where harsh, it has all my respect for what he has tried to do, and so do you. That doesn't mean I'm not entitled to have an opinion.

Regarding my skin not supporting IE, it's not my fault that the default skin html dose not have a normal structure, the devs had to make small hacks just to make it work on IE. Firefox is one of the most standard compliant browsers and I say it with all my hart it's not my lack of professionalism that's to blame for the bad rendered css, and btw i was able to fix it in IE to, and rendered the skin correctly in IE7 only needing a small tweak from devs in the html, i have already sent the problem and they told it will be implemented.

And the results will tell the truht. I just care about what the mariority of the user thinks. I dont care if someone thinks that my work is unproffesionell =) cause i know that i can make proffesionall stuff if i have free hands to do it =)

Anyway, the results will not lie, i think that people are voting really for the designs they like. Everything is so simple, if i would think like you and see my design like a unproffesional work, then i would not know what to think about the other designs, including yours ;) (cause mine are in the lead right now) But you see, i dont think like that. Im very happy that alot of people did gather around and made something useful and nice for this game. And i think that everybody did a great work, every person has his own level.

To say that someones work is unproffesional when this person did this for fun, that is just strange for me. If we would get paid for this, then is totally different, then we can talk about proffesional and unproffesional.

And the results would be different too.

But like i said before, good luck to you and everybody else. And i respect all the designers.

you are not allowed to post other skins that are not in the contest.

That's the one I was talking about earlier which is only working correctly with firefox currently (because of a html problem as alexut stated).

Even if you like this skins design, it is not Sokker as creators want it to look like nor part of this contest. ;)
