1)Was he logging on all the accounts all the time?
2)Did he asked admins whether he can do it before logging in?
3)How many accounts did he continuously logged into?
4)How often there were log ins from other ip than his?

1) is there a rule about this?
2) again any rule allowing this in case you ask admins, and any rule defining criteria for admin to allow you this (or just for good friends)
3) any rule on number of clubs?
4) any rule on limitations here (or again friendship rule)

He also used the teams on the transfermarket

never had any transfer between those clubs, and never been accused of that from staff...

well, if i remember correctly he did not have transfers between teams, but used those teams on the market anyways. But as i said, i dont want to talk about this old story and as i said, i am sure staff did act correctly.

and btw. if you mean raising biding prices, same ip users do that all the time (raising bid for brothers club , etc...)

Well I've heard crying about this...

"1) people vote users and not a "casta" or "lobby" - so no tactic helping should be possible!

Anyway if we go in this direction...what if I ask my mate to do an account, and just tell him what to do - who to buy, who to sell, what tactics to use etc. THIS is total control. But logging just to substitute injured player with normal one? Pfff....

And now imagine a situation. Sydval has a big problem with connecting before the WC final and can't set the tactic. He can't go to i-net cafe etc. Now according to what many of you are saying - no one can do it for him because that would be total control, no one voted for 'casta' etc...

in filjo case, they said he is guilty in start, and in case he has webcam shots of his friends actually loging in their clubs there is no way to prove his innocence

Who wants to be the judge of how often you can log in to another team? That's be a nightmare for the admins and enitrely impossible to enforce...

To me, the only really relevant question. If not, then he made a mess of it himself.

Again, if it is allowed then who's to say how many accounts can be logged in to before it is too much? You did mention a fair number of users that had access to each others accounts. How is that different?

4)How often there were log ins from other ip than his?

IP logs are a tool, not the full picture. Internet cafés, visits at friends etc. can account for some irregularities...

In short, if you want to leave it down to more loose set of guidelines rather than rules, then I think there will be problems. There are so many possible borderline cases for the amount of teams logged in to and frequency of logins that you'll have a hard time deciding what is right and what is wrong...

next time, I am selling player, I will log into my "absent" brother club, just to make that bid little higher... after all it is allowed...

it is really no problem because problem is made in Poland. :)
