i answered already :) I know it, but dont want to say. I said use your imagination. However, i will not answer to filjo case anymore.

Sorry to quote you, but this one did catch my interest:

but used those teams on the market anyways

This is what I have been arguing is an example of "playing the game" and seemingly others felt the same in the filjo case (but as I said I don't know that case too well). But others say that it is just a "small favour"?

Edit: I just saw your last reply, so I don't expect an answer :-)

If I am logging into friends club, when he shouldn't be able to log in and bid for player, am I not also influencing the market???

Stop saying ...
It was not a problem made in Poland. Poland created the rules - so how can Polish admins break them!? It's not Polish fault that other countries have different interpretation. If we wanted to say who has the right to interprete this rule at first place - these are Polish admins as they've set these rules afaik...

@Icciban
Exactly. In Italy you can't do it, in Poland - yes, if admins agrees. I'm quite happy that it came out, I don't care about little dogs who bark...at least now the rules will be transparent and fair for everyone.

@NIC
recent loggins + transfer = ban.

@Hobotshy
try to think...it doesn't hurt and it really helps in understanding things. You can't log in to your brother's account and bid on your players, because that would be same-ip-transfer. That would brake the most important rule in sk. If you don't see the difference, then I don't envy you...

are you staff? I don't see any official answer here?

yes I can if his bid is not the last one...

People complained a lot about log in someone's team to buy a player for a friend ("small favour" that you called). Well, it's an unfair advantage :/
2008-11-20 21:37:18
i'm courious what would you say about transfers between 2 people who makes "favour" each other :)

recent loggins + transfer = ban.

the rule

it's forbidden:
- to transfer any player between the teams that use the same IPs or that log from the same computer

doesn't mention "recent" login.

now, what do you say about this rule?
2008-11-20 21:38:53
Sorru borkos, but this doesn't make sense:

I can made a rule and break it at the same time. You're saying that if a politician makes a rule against corruption he will never be corrupted for sure...it's not so simple.

Then, after all i'm not so shocked by these matters, probably we had just a sort of "imbalance of law" until today. Ok, it was a mistake, i don't knoe who made this mistake, and it doesn't matter for me. It's enough to re-balance the rules in every country, so to give the same possibilities to all users.

• posiadanie więcej niż jednej drużyny lub całkowita kontrola nad więcej niż jedna drużyną.

it is rule in polish language and tell me what is different?
2008-11-20 21:41:26
Poland created the rules - so how can Polish admins break them!? - i'm the owner, i want me fired from my company, because i'm stupid

It's not Polish fault that other countries have different interpretation - only Österreich (loop) have your oppinion

I don't care about little dogs who bark - i'm crying. luck for you i have {auto-censure}
2008-11-20 21:42:21
in polish language is the same rule interpretation ,not different.
