Basically you can only make line-up and make friendlies and that's about it. :) But I cannot really talk for rules now (since I am not staff member any more).

not an option any more, loop officially stated it is allowed for all sokker world, you only have to ask your friendly local mod :))

Yes, taking care about the team of a friend may be allowed under special circumstances if asked for permission!

Well, that's a bit of a problem, because most of the time, I'm not really their friend :)

It is NOT allowed to transfer players between shared IP and it will NEVER be, not here and not in Poland.

This is done by the Admins, if they think you aren't trustworthy, your reasons are not good, you are doing suspicious things etc. you will get problems.
Remember that you have to inform an admin when you share your IP with someone.

What is staff doing if in july or august 10.000 users are asking for permission to be controlled during holiday?
