If they had logged in into each others accounts and bought many players this way, then they would be banned right now. Because admins do not care if it are polska users or italian :)

Well if you really have to have someone logging into your account, then you have to give him the information about it anyway, right? so this user can explain the situation to admins. Admins can decide about it. If ok, then he can login with the account details he got from the guy that had the accident. I don't see any problem there.

and if the admin doesn't agree he will ban him because a friend logged in? :P ahahah funny

I'm not searching for punishment. As I said before borkos, shadow, raul, ... are not to blame. The cause for this you will find with the admins.
