It doesn't matter if they had commen logins "during that times". This is what the rules state: any transfers between users who ever have shared an IP is illegal.

because an user confession + an ip that is the same it's more than nothing I think. Maybe you don't think this, in this case I respect your idea but I don't share it with you

What counts is the transfer time right? So, till Turi's transfer I had NO SHARED IP with Raul. Not a single one. As for Shadow - we had one, over an year before the transfer. What's more it's same with Skippi - I bought a striker from him, and year and a half after it I logged at his account. I'm soooooo badass. Triple block me!
