so try to understand our opinion because we heven't this sentence in polish version of rules!
Well, on the Belgian forum someone, who can know for sure, posted that it was mentioned numerous times on the admin forum that the rules differ but no measurements were taken by the Polish admins.

How the hell can anyone get the same IP as me?
Let's just say you log in an i-net cafe or at uni. And another person does it as well. According to what you're saying both of you should get a block...

wrong because IPs are not deleted after 5 times login ;) But of course I will not give you specifics about this now.

how the hell ? you logged-in there --- maybe this could be a way how one IP address appeared on yours and the other users account ??
