You are in wrong: it's not my problem, simply a don't care anything about you.Really, believe me.
But it should be really better for all community to know that the user with whom they are talking is what he/she say to be.
When we incribe into this game we must give our own adress to identify ourselves like unique individual, right?
This happen because this is a football manager and not a role play game.
If you like this kind of change of identity (maybe are u tired or not satisfied to be what u really are) i suggest to move your attention to stuff like facebook or to practice the recitation.
For another time you weren't be funny, even if u think u are probably.

Well it seems like you actually have a problem if you are going at talking about me when I paste a mod/adm statement. :)

this thread is spam central and waaaay off topic...
quoting hellsangel from intl forums
This sentence is underlined in the english version of the rules. :D So it must be very important, right? :p
Since there have been transfers between Polish topteams from which IP where shared and they haven't got banned,
i dont see a problem with between IP transfers either, unless there is clear benefit for one person... i mean, why not get ur friends on different ip's to do crap for you otherwise...it would be the same basis as this but a way around the ip problem :S
its not IP discrepencies that are a problem, someone sharing an ip, can buy a player for an agreeable price and i dont see a problem... if there is way in excess of the valuation paid, then id say theres a problem, although prices like that for big players are noticed...
im pretty sure theres a "dubioud" option in the transfers history of a player... and yeah, hells i dont have a problem with you bringing it to the attention of the sokker community either... something about the freedom of information act and freedom of speech act pop to mind :)
my point above still stands... unless the player in question was way overpaid for, i fail to see an issue... i hafnt checked it, but maybe he is, maybe he isnt...

The rules clearly forbids transfers between teams that has shared IPs. It is not a problem about a clear benefit for one team. This is a game and you should follow the rules. This rule in particular is one of the most important rules of Sokker in order to control cheating. Without that rule the work of the admins would be almost impossible.
So, maybe somebody can feel that is not doing anything wrong by buying a player at market values from someone that shares IP with him, but is against the rules, and he should be punished. Is that simple.

the thing in this case thats under discussion is that they had different ip's ([b]either at the time of the transfer, or always before the transfer[/])
im not sure which... could hells comment when hes online?
maybe this was resolved already...there are a couple of hundred posts in a row there 2 mins apart earlier... couldn read them all...
and yeah.. the rule is there to help the mods in the first case, and top tier polish clubs shoudl be aware of it!

Usually we take the IPs recorded before the moment of the transfer for practical matters. If somebody shares IP after the moment of the transfer I do not think any sanction would apply unless we have another elements to suspect a cheating case.
What a fucked up thread :| It's rather simple imo. Sharing accounts should:
1/not be tolerated to buy players. NEVER. Missing deadlines is a part of the game, end of story. That and I don't think the mods are waiting for a zillion mails a day with requests of this kind ;)
2/exceptionally be tolerated when a player is in the hospital and stuff like that. But to be honoust, I wouldn't scream from the rooftops that this option is possible (too late I guess...), because it can invite to cheating attempts and fictive diseases. Think about it: If a user really is unable to log in for a while and he really wants to keep his team, he (or a friend) will automatically contant an admin to resolve the matter, no? Keep it quiet and let common sense do the job :) But then again, I don't think the fuss is about a case like this. It's only about point 1 imo. People just keep bringing it up for some reason.
3/basically be forbidden as much as possible (duh?) because it clearly creates chaos :D You're on holiday for a couple of weeks without internet and a friend calls you to tell that you have an injured player? Live with it...
Respect to loop btw for answering all these questions. You might not like his answers, you might feel like you haven't got an answer at all, but don't forget that it would've been a lot easier for him to shut up.

Yes, taking care about the team of a friend may be allowed under special circumstances if asked for permission!
