Subject: Rules
How can they abuse their power if they were the one's who set up the rules?
Great argument... I guess now I know that politicians for example can't break laws they created...

It is a fault of Polish Admins... Had they read the English rules (which are the generally most accepted rules) they would have known this was not allowed...
But you see, that's where the problem lies...
They are not active on mod forum and therefore haven't read the discussion probably... And even if they would have read it, they probably wouldn't have understand a word of it ^^

How can they abuse their power if they were the one's who set up the rules? No fault of Polish admins, no fault of Polish users. Now it's just time to discuss it in admin circle and make a decision whether the interpretation should be left to local admins, or there should be exactly same rule for whole world.
it's to know what's the property allowed and disallowed and how some admins respected the guide-line of behaviour
maybe the property allowed the use of sittering in very special and rare cases but some admins didn't respect this order
simple.

omg this is really good approach to a discussion...
The things is they didn't broke the rules they created.
@jeetn
as far as I knew the rules were originally set in Polish, not English, and they were made by Polish admins, or even greg. So how come they can misinterpet their own rules? I guess they knew what they meant when they were making the rules.

O, so when you see you can't make a point anymore you start giving stupid remarks?
Never thought off the fact that admins may be lying to you? And to answer to your stupid remark... He gave another example of an admin buying a player for him ^^

Well, Jack was an admin when he bought a player for me...that's a permission, right?
Have you never thought that the same Jack had made, maybe, a mistake?

but that's what's that kaffufle about! That polish admins (at least some) use other interpretation of rules than other admins!

And how come every other country has other rules? ^^
You guys can change the rules all you want in your language, we wouldn't understand a thing of it...
And the did indeed make the rules, those rules had to translated and somehow every country has the same rules except the Polish guys ^^

So, people, this will come to an end now.
Rules do not explicitly forbid it and the different admins have different opinions about that.
They will sort that out and we apologize for the problems.
We are not going to discuss about admins lying or if borkos007 is telling the truth.
Polish and English rules are the same in this case, this has been validated.
Giving login permission to someones else account under special circumstances has been granted by many admins in the past, which makes it not generally forbidden (and not Polish admins only).
Admins will sort this out and create a general guideline.
We are aware about the unfair transfer possibilities and will work on a solution.
Thanks for telling us about this problem.
8. Decisions of the Moderators and Administrators should not be discussed publicly in the forums, news articles, etc. In the case you need more information about a decision or do not agree with it you could ask more information or a review using the sk-mail of the Moderator (or Administrator). In case you still disagree with a decision you could ask a final review of the case to another Moderator or Administrator by sending him a sk-mail or by sending an email to admins@sokker.org
