Subject: Elections in Poland

The rules as far as I am aware are the same throughout the game, and thats why we have Linguists, if there are problems then they will certainly iron them out.

The rules do state that a new manager can be installed under extreme circumstances, and a player quitting the game is seen as an extreme circumstance....do you feel that it would be fair for a Country to suffer through no manager.

Not to mention the countless foreign club managers who own these players, the Glamour of owning an International Player may be lost to them and cost them a fortune upon selling the said player?

We or at least me, are not fighting with anyone, only changing opinions, i think. If you say that you don't care it's your problem. When you sign for a team, they make you remember and read the rules. So there is the rule, and maby other more. So the fact is i put the ball, so i must play, if not i go home with the ball and nobody play. I make the rules and change them when i want. Only that, no fighting. :P

I play many games like this one. In one game a NT lost his Coach, because he was cheating with his own team. He was expulsed from the game and the NT stay without Coach till the new elections were stablished. They make rules valid. ADM i mean of course.

Ok well I can answer this - at the start of the season Nigeria elected a coach that had done the same, he lost his team and Nigeria had to run new elections and they duly appointed a new manager after their WC Campaign had started.

This happened in Nigeria, Norway and now Poland need to, what is the problem with that?

I am sure you would not want your NT side having no manager? I certainly would not want England to lose out due to a manager walking out of the game. Do I think the manager should have gone for the election process if he had any thoughts of quitting the game?....well thats not for me to type as I do not know for sure this is the case here.

That's exactly the point. I think that if a NT coach want's or needs to resing, it's absolutly valid that a new coach take his place, but if i read the rule, say's NO. So what happen if NT Coach of Spain,Romania,England,Argentina or any other country needs to resing because he have's a problem, or anything we can think?. We will be able to elect a new coach?. To be or not to be that is the question.

Imo it's ok that Raul left if he has good reasons, which are private btw, and I don't mind what they are. But the important thing is that everyone from everywhere has to have the same rights than the polish coach.
