Good rules are elastic rules.
You don't get same punishment for killing someone, sometimes you don't even get punished at all, for example when you were defending yourself. According to what you say rules should be strict, so even when someone attacks you with a knife and you accidentaly kill him in self defence, then you should go to jail. Great common sense, congratulations.

Raul was going to leave the game for long. Not totally - he thinks, or thought, about leaving his team with holiday mode so he wouldn't log in but the team would still remain so he could get back one day. It's the same as if he left completely.

About rules, If you are hungry and steal not to die from hunger, you are still going to jail...but that is not important here

You can always go to some charity fundations and get food for free, no need to steal.

He did not made his decision. Or...maybe this way. He IS leaving. But he might come back in half a year, or longer. What's the difference? Do you see any? He is not going to play. Same thing.

Well we should. I'm for making an admin council that will make decisions in some dubious cases. Though at the moment...isn't it already made? All admins discuss those things...

We have personal reasons...imagine that someone can have problems outside of sokker. For example he needs to work 20h a day to live because he suddenly got big money problem...or has health problem or anything. Just can't play sk at the moment. Or has fallen in love so he has no more time for sk, but still he'd like to keep his team. No possibility to forsee these things happening...

and now the question is - why should be the community that suffers? Raul won't suffer, he is no longer concerned with sk at the moment. We are, we would like to see our NT winning. And we won't now.

Imagine if it was Croatia. Or Brazil. Italy. England. Whatever country you come from. Just try to feel what we do feel now...

Elections in Poland was very funny but i think it was the best choice.. i don't know why greg change his decision ;|

For me it doesn't matter, for exception and special situations there are admins who are discussing the situation and will decide based on common sense, which is in my eyes the best solution ;-)
