Well it's nohing you can help. Admins have no right to put a player on TL. What if user gets back? It happens.

nope, users do not need that.
The admins and mods need detailled rules of course (and they have in many cases, so they can differ with punishment).
Users are not here to control the staff, the devs have to control staff.

What users need is a set of rules that tells them what they can and what they cannot do without being punished of course. But that is not what this case here is about ^^

There aren't only Polish admins, in fact there are more non-Polish admins.
And since admins usually - as far as I know - decide together the outcome should be ok ;-)

because there should be valid reason to ban somebody, and than to unban him, of course you could do like you said, just integrity of decision makings will be degraded

And the last time I checked they are all working for same boss, and have to follow "support staff decision", don't forget that I was also staff

of course it could, but you said that reason here would bee to allow new nt elections

you were never admin :) Admin votes are free and not kind of any guideline. In admin votes everyone can chose what he thinks is right and give his arguments. So I really do not know what exactly you are talking about here, but surely not adminjob ;)

I just said that they're mostly deciding together, of course there will be different opinions, but the outcome will be a solution which is supported by most admins!
And I just referred to your statement, if I'm sure that it's not a decision made regarding the nationality. And since among the admins there's no nationality that has a majority I'm sure decisions aren't made regarding nationalities ;-)

If I remember correctly, you were never admin also, so how could you know their decision making regime?
