If I remember correctly, you were never admin also, so how could you know their decision making regime?
And since among the admins there's no nationality that has a majority I'm sure decisions aren't made regarding nationalities ;-)

One question. Where is the line in English rules that says, that a NT coach cannot resign from being NT coach? I couldn't find it...maybe I missed it?

As far as I remember, yes it has, first rules about censorship were very strict when introduced, and after that greg removed some elements and allowed more freedom
