Subject: Elections in Poland

The question is, that according to current rules, even if NT coach dies - there should be no elections. We should wait 50 days untill his account gets deleted and then start elections. You agree with that, I hope?

And I think that starting elections because of user block is worse. Because he might be innocent. We should wait untill his account gets deleted as well. Because he always can get unblocked.

Another option would be that resigning from NT-coach job is only possible after an explenation of the admins. Otherwise I fear that a lot of managers will resign if things are not going that well.

But what would do in the case I described above? Would you allow the NT coach to resign? If yes, why, if no, why not?

The only thing that pisses me off is that in the past it wasn't possible for f.e. dumb to step down as NT coach because he couldn't do the job properly.

And btw. I think Eesti elections long time ago were more...hm...odd. NT coach makes fun, then suddenly Eesti admin found him guilt of something and he got blocked, the same day the elections started...I wonder what would happen if it was Poland, not Eesti...

Personal reasons should be enough, but it shouldn't be possible just to step down because the results are not well.

There is holiday mode = 100 days. And he can always log and unlog to make this period longer.

I was 100% behind rauls decisions to leave the game, his reasons for leaving seem fairly long term and I am not sure that being put in holiday mode is the same thing?

I think the Eesti coach got banned for bad langage over mail.. (that's what I remember from the case).

Yep, of course everybody needs to be sure to get the same treatment! Totally agree with you on that!

Theoretically that works, practically unfortunately not always. The problem is that nobody's perfect, mistakes will always be done, just to mention admins are not professionals, they're working for free and they need to do things they're not trained in (or not that much).
But I'm sure they're trying to do everything possible to give a fair treatment to everybody ;-)

Your argument probably will be that users might resign because they will be doing badly as NT coaches. Well they can always ignore the NT without resigning if there's no such option.
