Subject: Elections in Poland

If NT coaches in sokker could resign anytime, this would give a lot of pressure on coaches, because after a bad match everyone in community would scream for his retirement (like in real life) also :(
I think it is more fair right now, that coaches cannot retire officially but there can be exeptions to this rule if real reasons exist for it (admin/dev decision). Then also community has to deal with the guy they have and have to support him instead of hanging him on the next tree they see :P

Seriously?
If you were admin and such a user is telling you this you'd give him this answer?
Hmm ... well ... ok

If I were admin, and user asks me something like that, I would wish him best luck with his personal problems and offer any available help in RL. But I would also explain to him that I cannot disobey rules , even if it would hurt certain nt.

In a way it doesn't matter.

Its up to the nation in question to appoint a NT coach who will be committed, is honest and will represent their country well. If they manage to appoint four users who get bored of the NT within a single season then they are clearly appointing the wrong users!

Surely it would give more excitement to the game :D

But I would also explain to him that I cannot disobey rules , even if it would hurt certain nt.

Ok, so we have totally different opinions ;-)

Surely Polska is not going to get any NT excitement this season...

Anyway maybe the outcome will be that users will choose a Champion coach, not Fun coach in next elections.

Maybe, maybe not... that's democracy for ya ;)
2008-11-29 16:27:36
Surely Polska is not going to get any NT excitement this season...

I thought it was already boring for Polish users :)... champions always, almost like default...
2008-11-29 16:28:50
What do you mean by always? If one out of three times then you are correct.

First u21 WC was won by France.
Second by Italy[?]
Third by Poland.

We are the trophy defenders and it looks we won't even try...
2008-11-29 16:29:10
second by italy with me :D

always spain in the final...3-0

I thought about senior NT

No excitement in that for Poland until this season
2008-11-29 16:32:05
Well what can you know...? I guess nothing.

@sydval
Yeah, remember it :)
2008-11-29 16:32:25
Nope, that's not my argument :) Personally, I think a resigning button for a NT coach can be usefull. It would give the moderators a little bit more posts to read, but ok.. that would be all. Disadvantage will be the pressure on the NT coach when he/she isn't in a winning strike :p

Till then we must follow the rules or make new one ;) And in the news, before the elections, you can see it is not possible to resign from NT coach job if you aren't banned from the game.

there is nothing about bans in those news...

and as i said, maybe resigning from NT coach role is not forbidden, but there is no technical possibility to do that. it's just a matter of interpretation
2008-11-29 16:37:27
Well the only info that exists in rules, not news, says that you can resign because of personal reasons.
2008-11-29 16:39:38
English rules?
