omg, i checked only first part of polish rules and found out, there are mane things different from english version

That it is like this in the rules does not mean you have to handle this like this in every case. To write that people cannot retire from NT job is because if that would not be there, then there would be many NT-coaches retiring just because they lost interest in the job. People that are candidates for NT-job have to be sure to have the time and will to go through with it.
If a coach retires early, then it is more work to do for sokker devs. So they do not like to do it. But I am sure, if there are serious reasons for someone to retire, then they do not just look at nationality of the user and then decide what to do.
That just as a statement, because I think it is very silly now again to say that devs act out of "racism" to users out of polska.
