England are available, but only for U-20 and within roughly 400 points of us. There are also some teams I'm not touching (Serbia and maybe Estonia). Preference is for Ukraine.

Go to the main page of the team you want to invite. Right below the form where you see the last five results of the team (victory / draw / loss), there is a “Match invitation” hyperlink. Click on that, fill in the information required (make sure you tick the checkbox to the left) and finally publish the invitation.
