yeah, some coutries are decided who is the futur coach and there are no competitions like in canada as he said (15 votes for him only and no one beside him in the electios) so why we can't organize friendlies matchs from now if we are sure that we win the elections ??

Because someone else could apply or because he'd be arranging games with other managers who might not win. Because some of us are far from certain of winning our elections and having some managers rush ahead and arrange their fixtures makes it difficult for everyone else. As well as being an annoyance and just generally impatient.

I don't see the problem with arranging friendlies if you're sure you and the other coach will win...so far the only coach i've asked is lostprophets and he is the only person in the cymru u21 election with votes. The problem is when managers who don't know whether or not they will win try and arrange them :/

The problem is it's an annoyance to other managers who get very frustrated at having to sit back and watch other teams making it more difficult to arrange games. There's simply no reason why these games can't be left a week.

Australia needs a friendly this week.
