    Hello! I'm manager of Latvia U21. In week 15 we have arranged game with Estonia U21. Also week 15 is week of NSW, and as Latvia is going to face Ukraine in NSW, there is idea that our NT' s should have games too. Maybe there is some NT which has free week 15 and want to take on Estonia?
