need friendly because ukraine agreed another match
just an idea.
how about next seasson i arrange international u21 friendly match?
i have 2 option:
1. match arrange acording continent. so we will have UEFA U21 CUP/AFC-OCEANIA U21 CUP/AMERICAN U21 CUP/AFRICA CUP.
2. match arrange according to rank. Divided to several DIVISION or GROUP. Each group we have 16 country.
so will we have like this:
PREMIER DIVISION: country rank 3 until 18
DIVISION 1 : country rank 19 until 34
DIVISION 2 : country rank 35 until 50
DIVISION 3 : country rank 51 until 66
DIVISION 4 : country rank 67 until 82
DIVISION 5 : country rank 83 until 98
for option 2,
if we use DIVISION, we can play promotion and relegation. 3 teams will automatic promotion and relegated.
if we use GROUP, there will be no promotion and relegation and country who will be put in each GROUP is according last rank after week 0.
AND, for country who play on world cup will not play here but they have own group for their friendly match. and their place will take over by country who rank below of them to fulfill the group member.
when worldcup qualification seasson, the system will be re-adjust.

friendly anyone ???? Norway arranged other match unfortunately :(
good idea but many managers are looking to win some rank points by arranging friendlies with over 60% win possiblity ... I do not agree with this but i cannot say that they are wrong cause they try to be in better place when the groups will be drawn !!
