as i said in mail to gusty it's ok....it was a mistake and he admited it and apologised and it's done for me...
i did not answer? lol, firtsly you send me a massage with offer for week 7, i reserved this week and send you an answer, but it came out that you offered the same week to 2or3 other countries:/ and then we agreed week 11, but you should know that's not how things work in here, you can't spam sk@ of every nation and offer the same week, you made a mess and deal with it

Norway U-21 had a deal with Turkey for week 3. Turkey ignored my invitation and have chosen to play amongst some other team. Norway U21 free then, anyone free to play us? If so, please invite.
