I agree with you, but this type of action in my point of view is a very lack of respect, mainly with the clubs that provide the players for the selections, in the coaches when we are placed in a position of this, we have to look after the players Much worse than its own owners, mainly giving conditions of game 'this and the essentials'.

Hey guys, I hope this is the right topic to discuss this and that it hasn't been discussed before. I'm having quite an extraordinary experience with the UAE U21 NT coach RACK. I have an UAE youth Redha Al Noubi in my team. He's nothing special, but I like players from such "exotic" destinations and (at the moment of posting) he has significantly higher value than 4 out of 6 UAE U21 defenders who appear in nomination for games. I don't mind posting his skills, here they are:

increíble [13] rapidez formidable [11] defensa
pobre [3] técnica regular [5] creación

He's just a formidable def, but how can this guy be better? No way. However, my player doesn't get his place. I thought maybe not having up-to-date skills was the cause, so I sent RACK a short mail in English, just an update of skills. He read the mail and hours later... nothing changed. So I wrote another mail to him. In Spanish (up to my best abilities), asking him to explain why. Here's the mail, you can see I was definitely polite and explicitly asked the question:
Hola,
puedo preguntar por qué Al Noubi no estaba en la alineación contra Paraguay, ni siquiera en el banco? Es peor que Shakar Abdu Hambari? No entiendo y eso me hace triste. Lo he entrenado no solo para mí, sino también para el equipo nacional.. :(

RACK again read this mail. No answer, no change. Obviously, he's an elite Venezuelan manager, Sokker administrator, he even updates his history with notes. It's terrible he ru(i)ns an NT this way. And even worse - considering he's been playing Sokker since 2005 and there is hardly a single voter in UAE - he can keep running the team quite easily. Now I'm not asking anyone to "ban" him or so, but do you think this is acceptable? And in case there is no other solution - may I ask someone eligible to win with 0 votes to run for the UAE U21 manager when the time comes? It's just a small thing, but it shouldn't be ever happening in the first place...
(just to make clear, I didn't say it explicitly above - I'm not trying to get my player to start - I only think it's totally wrong to willingly not use the best players)

I gave for Spain time to react until tomorrow evening, if there is no reaction, so does Estonia.
