Subject: Mystery of assistants trainers ..

2009-02-20 19:44:42
Sublevels surely exist, but pls have in mind that keeper skill weights a bit more in wage calculation.

It was calculated long time ago that 1 direct training equals around 10 general trainings (if main coach has all unearthly skills) and 3 at least brilliant assistants.
With unearthly assistants it is probably less then 1/10 ratio.

has someone tried having 4 assistants?
It's known that there's a possibility not to lose the training, but will the training be better, more effective?
2009-02-26 10:07:32
yep
2009-02-28 00:08:27
Did you lose training?
2009-02-28 00:15:12
He did :(
2009-02-28 00:15:46
poor guy :S

Kenyard : "yep. 6 coaches = lost training... "
2009-02-28 00:31:11
Ouch! i have been tempted to get more assistants but i don't want to lose training.
2009-02-28 09:09:02
yeah mate.. iv done it with 4 coaches and got away with it... 6 doesnt do it though...
i cant risk carrying out any more trials while trying to compete with the bottom 4 in my division :)

maybe 4 coaches gives a e.g 33% chance of losing training, 5 coaches = 66%
something like that...

as welchy said, 6 coahes = lost training though :P
2009-02-28 11:01:43
you only did it once right?

maybe the chance of losing training with 6 assistants is only 1% and you got unlucky, you should repeat the experiment another 20-30 times to get an accurate estimate ;)

LoL, its nicely written that 3 assistants are ideal number so why all that fuss about it ?

And also I think that having more than 3 and still getting training cant get you more training than with 3 of them, its same or even worse...
2009-02-28 12:44:15
Did you get a message saying you "lost training", or are you just assuming you got no training because you got no pops?
2009-02-28 20:17:37
I agree with you , i can't see the point to have more than 3 assistants , maybe some users though that having 4 assistants have better training but they forget the rules + the economy of the team (with the same money you could afford 3 better assistants than paying 4)

Right now i have 3 assistants but the training progress is slow and the reason is :
1.age of the players
2.level of skill i train
3.talent of the players

So i can't help more in the mystery ...

i got 2 stamina pops.

trust me. i get generally about 6 pops a week mate. it wasnt coincidence that nothing happened. stamina is trained seperate than main training (iv had players who hafnt played pop in stamina)

all main training was lost though :(
p.s my average age is low. so general pops even, i usually get a few

@dias. 4 assistants is cheaper than 3 to get a total sum skill of say 40 (you need 4 excellent or 3x incredible)
thats what i set out to prove.

maybe 4 assistants is worth it.. someone else can risk it some week.. iv had 4 a few times, and had a pretty normal amount of pops..
id like someone to do it for a season to see if there are any positive/negative effects
