I can afford an excellent maybe! i will try it untill i lose training. so far i have 2x incredible and 1 brilliant, so thats a total of 40. with the excellent it will be a total of 50!

you said that you gain 2 stamina pops (you mean random or you train stamina then with 4 assistants ?)

maybe they are cheaper but as i said -the rules-
The assistants may be helpful to the main coach improving his training effectiveness - the better the assistant (in terms of general appraisal); the more he helps the main coach. However, do not hire too many assistants. If you hire more than 3, they will argue, resulting in training being less effective, or even lost.

so if we have more than 3 assistants we are going to have :
1.result in training less effective
2.(maybe) lost the training

so their is not a mystery the number of the assistants we should have in our team ;)
sure 3 assistants are more expensive , only thing about to have 3 magical assistants or better ;)

What i am saying is you cannot prove from doing that for one week that all training is lost. Some, i agree, but not all.

EDIT: i mean even if its lost training who is ever gonna wanna know how much is lost..just dont do it!

can u hire a 6th coach but have him under NO ASSIGNMENT so that hes not actually working and therefore not causing any arguments on the right under junior coach.....so u own the coach and can swap him in and out but always have 1 coach in the NO ASSIGNMENT section so u never technically have to many coaches actually working at any point..?????????????

i think you can have but you pay him salary. I remember when i started the game i forgot to not release several coaches there, coast me a lot of money :(
