Dosphorus, shold i understand that the incrase from good to solid takes more time that high level incrase. It is very intresting, i thougt that was vice versa like the incrase of senior player - at low level the increase is much faster then high levels... How do you explain your teory? It doesn't make sense, but looks like it's very real, after seeing your picture.....

Please take a look at THIS picture. The junior was good on 33 weeks. It's been 11 weeks and he don't pup-up to solid. I have never seen such a bad talent. Shold i fire him? Cause that i'm thinking to do.... But now after seeing your teory....do you whant to say that this junior will pop-up faster from solid to very good, from very good and excelent and so on.... ?
PS= Young Coach skill = magical (15)

absolutely bad talent...fire him, I best case he will be an excelent junior with talent 11...imho I´ve never seen such weak talent
no... the popping speed will always be the same...
it's the theory that they always come in as good+0, so you can tell what their talent will be after the first pop...

don't fire him, it will be an excellent youth. Talen is bad but you do not have to keep him, could still become a good player. I think the first pop will show you his talent quite well and I have seen worse.
One junior came with adequate (26) and had his first pop to good (9) with brilliant coach. His real talent still is unknown. And at the moment I have a 11 and a 13 week talent in youthschool, both will come out with very good, so I kept them.

that's wrong. theory is that they can have ~20% subskill max.

he will come out at the end of the season and will be min 18 years old. I guess the chance that he can get the 33k back is not that big.
indeed, that's what i think too :)
and i've seen no proof otherwise :)

It could be an excellent youth. How many excellent have you pulled that did not get 33 K on transfermarket?
Well I think it is not 20%, I think the first pop can be both sides of the talent, so if a 4.5 talent, it can be 4 weeks or 5 weeks, if it is a 10.5 talent, it can be 10 or 11 weeks. :)

stil don't understand. Correct me if i'm wrong. So if i have a junior player good (7) , in reality he can be 6.8 (<20%), so he need to incrase from 6.8 to 8 (sold) = 1.2 steps. Result if he incrase to solid (8) in 5 weeks he can have talent 4 or less?
Nope it is true that a good (7) will be something like 7.0 or 7.1. But I personally am not sure about the "+20%" thing, because I have never seen an example of a good junior popping in 6 weeks first and then having a talent of higher than 7.0. With the 20% rule this would be possible to reach. Even with talent of 12 or something I have never seen a good junior popping more than 1 week off his talent in the pops after. So maybe the system does not work with decimals but with simulated trainings or something like that, I dunno.
So no I did not meant that a good junior would be 6.8, but of course this would be a theory as well. I am just saying that if you have a good 4.2 talent, he can pop his first pop in 4 weeks or 5 weeks but he can never pop in 3 weeks for his first pop.

i understand. But your theory with the good junior to be between 7.0 - 7.1 (or 7.3 whatever) is apllied only to good (7) juniors, The lower juniors (average (6), medium and so on) does not mach your teory... so they can be 6.5 ? or 5.7? and so on... Correct?
