yes

That's right, but also there it is possible that it is not done in a decimal system but that subs are calculated in another system. Still if you are not fond of statistics this may be irrelevant to you, because you definately have adequate juniors that pop after 1 week (so had very high subs) or after the full amouth of their talent (so had no subs).

Thank guys.
Offtopic : Has any one any idee regarting the talent in young scool in connection with the talent of the same senior player. I have a supposition, but correct me if i'm wrong. For example if i have a player that has talent 4 on young scool, when i pull him, he will have talent 4 if : is a 17 years old and the full skill trained is from very good to excelnt.
And then:
- If he is older he will have hihger talent (let's say 4.5 for 18 years, 5 for 19......)
- If it is younger 16 it cold be 3 or 3.5
- If the skill trained is lower (let say from 6 to 7 talent 3.5, from 1 to 2 talent 2.5 .....)
- If the skill trained is higher (from 11 to 12 he will incrase in 5 weeks let's say)
All this is for training other skill then pace and stamina.
If you have any theory regarding the corelation bettwen the talent in young scool and talent of a senior please inform me.

it seems that have already passed two days, and no one answer to my question. Defintly i wasn't clear in my explanation, and nobdy understand what i'm trying to say :(

it's as simple as that:
players keep their talent.
So one who has an up every 3 weeks will pop as fast as possible.

You can't say it will take him 3 weeks to very good defender with 17, 18 or 19:
with sub, he might pop after 2 weeks, otherwise after 3 weeks.

One with talent 4 might even need 4 trainings for that pop. Another one also with talent 4 and much sub will maybe pop after 2 weeks.

So there is no direct connection between youth school leven and one skill-up.

Considering 10 ups (from 5 to 15 for example), you will see a clear difference between talent 5 and 3. The talent-3-player will achieve level 15 many weeks faster then the talent-5-player. But only with one up (for example to leven 10), you can't say his talent.

I hope you understand what I mean...

i have a guy who is good at the moment.. took 4 weeks for the first pop, and then 3 for the second..
showing they can come in as 7.0 ..or there-thereabouts

iv also had a good who popped to solid in 4 weeks and to very good in 5 weeks ;)

thats proof of >7

~7.2 skill...as an estimation comes from people having 3-4-4-4-3 pops and stuff like that ;)

But still maximum is unachievable I guess, with +3 he would be something like 17,95...
