So there is no direct connection between youth school leven and one skill-up.
but we can estimate it
on example of my players i can say that talent (meassured in weeks/pop) form YS with unearthly coach is the same as pop from formidable to outstanding at the age of 19 with unearthly main coachs skill and 3xmag assistants (assuming that 1 individual = 10 general trainings)
he has one extra training at the moment

so if he pops all the times in three weeks he could be divine ;-),
although that will be hard :)
