Subject: Show your Junior School
eh?
On the graph it shows it 1 pop per week. Anyway, formidable coming out might be nice.

The highest possible junior talent is generally agreed to be 3 weeks per pop - this didn't change with the other changes to the junior school.
The only difference now is that your coach has to guess the player's talent each week (the new system) rather than knowing it (the old system) - the better your junior coach and the more the player plays the better the guess.
Your coach is obviously a bit rubbish at guessing ;)

The coach doesn't guess player's talent, just his actual level.
i know max is 3 but i doubt he will come out in 6 weeks with Very Good+0 like you predicted
Well it might say formidable, and he'll be very good.
It might even say good, and he'll be very good.
The coach is never 100% right ;)

@ Marcel0
Maybe I could have expressed that better. :)
I meant ...by guessing his level the coach allows you to forecast the players talent.
@ Morsey
I'm not predicting anything. Just pointing out that no matter what your coach says the player's level is, the absolute best case is that he is very good+0.

It's actually meant to be V. Good+2? Players could come out good+2 for definite in the old system from what I was told?

well the problem is that his initial level is also an estimate. he may originally have been very good (unless he joined the school then max level was ~7.25 = good
if that is the case then you are correct. with max talent he will be very good.
for 17 its not bad and with max talent he would end up awesome anyway

Janny Joshi 16 good outfield 4 Reject
Cosmo Garnett 16 adequate outfield 8 Reject

Players could come out good+2 for definite in the old system - I don't think so. Pretty sure max talent was around 7.2 to 7.25, and that hasn't changed.
@ kenyard
You're right, I've assumed from what Morsey put that the player joined 3 weeks ago with an estimated skill level of Adeqaute...

I think you misunderstand the term "juniors".
I was hoping the devs would do something about people keeping these players on way beyond the point they're supposed to be pulled but, unsurprisingly, they did nothing. Once again, well done devs
* Slow claps *

theoretically...
34/3.111 = 10.93 + 7.25 = 18.18
