I think the "assistant" is very useless, so it´s not worth giving it an own button in the new menu...

I think I put it not precise enough. It's probably called drop down menu, sth you meet when accessing different shops etc.
It doesn't pop up, but starts to appear after dragging mouse on the button, so you're not really forced to enter.
Yeah, something like the local menus used in FireSokker for instance or like the comments in an Excel sheet or the players' experience and team work when the pointer stays on tactical discipline.
The advantage is that the design will not be revolutionary changed but as I said before, the information is still hidden. At the first glance you can only see the present menus or the present icons.

get rid of the top bar and the left menu... it might give us a better idea :)

Don't change the way we can send mail to other managers, right now it's easy opening two windows just to send a mail its a handful :)

imho. insert the left menu on the top of the page, and the right menu on the left!!!! (like as HT)
