ok i have spoken today with the server SP. Unfortunately the cheapest solution they can come up with is £50 per month. I cant justify paying that anymore folks (have been paying 82 quid per month).

Now the main issue with this dbase is that it is 2 gig in size - this prevents it being transported to a server which is 10 quid per month (standard hosting package). Unless someone else knows of other friendly hosters.

The only solution i can see is to run this dbase on a country basis only. I have taken a dump of all the files/dbase as well. So..... if anyone wants to take the code and dbase structures for their own country OR indeed if anyone is rich enough to want to take it all on board then give me a shout.

Im happy to keep coding it, just cant afford to keep paying for it.

Paying that amount from your own wallet for sokker getting nothing back in return is nonsense. Good call to stop paying. I didn`t know that before.

Have you tried talking with greg? Maybe you could place the database on the sokker servers itself and maybe he can integrate it within the game somehow.

i dont think sokker creator will loud that cuz its giving more options to no-plus people.

I have the possibility of a 10gb web hosting for 6,99 Euro per month at a good and professional hoster.
mySQL database is ok?
