The best 25% of league winners from lower leagues will promote without having to play a qualifier match. This also means that the worst 25% of teams (ranked by points, goal difference, number of goals, and position in the league at the end of last season as described above) will be relegated automatically. The winners of the remaining leagues play in play-offs with the remaining teams placed 5th to 8th. This means that the 8th place team is not always the one to be automatically relegated.
Play-off pairs are determined on the point and goal difference basis with the weakest teams from the higher leagues playing against the strongest contender. In the event of a draw, the teams play extra time or eventually penalties. The match is played on the stadium of the team from the higher league.
I thought that the position of last season part was only there for the auto promotion/relegation teams!
At least that's the way it is written in this news or how I understood it.

321. C.A. Real Betis has points of 37, wins=12, draws=1, losses=1, goals for = 83 and goals against=10 therefore goal difference=73;
417. The Owner has points of 37, wins=12, draws=1, losses=1, goals for = 68 and goals against=4 therefore goal difference=64;
142. Catenaccio F.C. has points of 15, wins=4, draws=3, losses=7, goals for = 44 and goals against=46 therefore goal difference=-2;
158. Santos De Athena has points of 15, wins=4, draws=3, losses=7, goals for = 19 and goals against=21 therefore goal difference=-2;
You and Santos have same goal difference and points.
I guess that's where the hidden league prestige comes into play?

on that note - anyone trying to update their promotional tables will not be able to do it. Its the end of the season - you know who you are playing so i am working on the files.

No, I've checked the rules as it's like I said before. It doesn't mention anything about the number of won matches.

no probs i can omit that search. The problem seems odd but on looking at the problem i have noticed another 3 issues with the updating. Im on to it thats all i can say. Also this is the first time we have tried this so i was expecting issues.
could it be possible to see "Top 100 most valuable U21 players" but from all the world not only one country and same with "National U21 Dream Team" for all the world?

noo ;) you can see it already but for chosen country only.. it is divide on position.. there`s 10 GKs and 20 DEFs, MIDs and ATTs :) but i would like to see this but not for only chosen country but for all the sokker world :)

no probs - for general reading as well - i am doing quite a bit of work on one of the main files so you may very well start seeing many errors if you are updating anything. Dont worry about it i know about it.
p.s. this is the time if you have an idea to say it. Its at this time we can do a lot of programming if someone comes up with a feasible idea.
