The update link is missing on this Top 100 page though :(
You can find it on the "Top 100 Valuable U21 Players" page (it the same update).

sorry folks. Updated now - was taking the boys on an all day festival/tournament today. Good time was had by all as it was sunny (yes it was sunny in Scotland).
