I don't see round 11 for every country and if I want to update for round 11, I can't cause there is only round 10, and it is already updated....so please tell me how can I make update for round 11 for example Hrvatska?

here is the update page.

on the update page click right on your country name and open it on another page. You will see the link and change the round in adress and enter

sorry, but i updated every week and didn't work yet, for Romania is still round 6 even there is writting that update status is ok.

yes it works so, but generally site is very slow and doesnt work sometime if you want to something

Must be your internet maybe.
Works hyper fast here (<1 second loading time for country/NT stats).
Of course updating is a different story ;)

As for romania only having up to round 6 - i have reset the update back to 7 so you now have to do the following links

Countries update status for round 12.
13 How does it occur?

you have to update it manually, choose update for your conuntry, then type 13 instead of 12, or maybe automatic it can be done, but someone has to do it so your country can see that
