How can I update matches from earlier rounds?

In England we only have the data for rounds 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 & 9 loaded.

I've tried amending the link for this week's update http://dreamteam.loopsworld.at/sokpump.php?upd=2&countryID=3&round=9 by changing the 9 to a 4, 5, etc. but this doesn't work...

same with round 7 in Poland

3 rounds don't upload in Serbia too

why in my league I can see only 6 teams (of course without my club)?
right now is better... I see only 5 teams XD
